Job Summary
This position monitors inbound and outbound flight operations. He/She communicates with Contingency, Aircraft Routing, Hub, OPC Load Planning, Staff personnel, etc. and makes adjustments to aircraft parking and/or tail assignments, communicating changes promptly to appropriate parties and areas.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end refueling process on each shift. This includes direct oversight of fuel tank distribution, supervision of fueling truck positioning, and the mandatory computation of total fuel uplifted to ensure safety and compliance.
- Performing and submitting the SCR or applying slot for the flight when there is flight schedule change and aircraft type change
- Enforce and monitors SAFETY practices and procedures during ramp operations.
- Coverage for complete SAFE flight operations for unload/load including ground servicing (lavatory, potable water etc) within the ground time.
- Complete SAFE flight handling of ADHOC flights in DWC including contingency flights and AOGs (if any).
- Supports split operations in DXB, DWC and SHJ airports is any.
- Supports AIE, QAP and monthly compliance audits to ensure procedural adherence is in place.
- Perform weekly ULD inventory and complete related ULD audits.
- Oversee cargo movements both import/export including RFS movements.
- Facilitate crew logistics and lodging including related issues.
- Perform pre and post ops office routines including responding to email related queries.
- Coverage during emergency and sick leaves of ramp personnels.
- Assist the coordination of CHSP activities to educate personnel and attend employee SAFETY meetings to review strategies for accident/injury prevention.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Must be familiar with ramp parking and all aircraft types
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
