Lead Technician – LEAP Engine Program
South Florida (with occasional South America travel)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician with strong technical expertise and proven leadership skills to support our client’s LEAP engine program. This field-based role is located in South Florida and will include future oversight of field crews in South America.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise A&P mechanics on field assignments.

• Perform hands-on maintenance on LEAP, V2500, PW1100G, and CFM56 engines, including module-level work, MPA runs, and APU services.

• Conduct airframe inspections (minimal repair work required).

• Travel for short-term assignments in South America as needed.

• Support planning and oversight for engine shop build-out.

Qualifications

• Valid FAA A&P License.

• 5–10+ years of turbine engine field service experience (LEAP, V2500, PW1100G, CFM56).

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.

• Strong airframe inspection knowledge.

• Ability to travel and work in field environments.
