AAR is seeking experienced and licensed A&P aircraft maintenance mechanics/technicians (AMT) who are willing to work themselves into our Alternate Lead and Lead roles to run our 1st (Days) or 2nd (Nights) shifts. We are a growing company that offers career pathways for you to grow with us as A&P mechanics and we have Floor Inspector-QC advancement options as well. AAR-OKC is centrally located at Will Rogers World Airport.
We are looking to hire promotable team leaders who are proficient in airframe maintenance, heavy checks, modifications, and engine runs, with the ability to use technical data and drawings to accomplish maintenance on Boeing 737 and/or ERJ 175 models.
- 3+ years of aviation maintenance experience required.
- FAA Airframe License required (Powerplant nice to have)
