Job Description:
  • Become familiar with and follow the requirements of the Repair Station Manual, Federal Aviation Regulations, airworthiness directives, advisory circulars, manufacturers’ service bulletins and any other guidelines required to perform assigned work.
  • Perform typical maintenance operations such as removing and replacing aircraft and powerplant components that require bolting, torquing, adjusting, rigging, and safety wiring, including powerplant and flight control removal/installation.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, clean, service, inspect, modify, replace and/or overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems using approved data to ensure airworthiness.
  • Follow all applicable specifications to accomplish a specific task.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform work within estimated hours.
  • Follow all safety procedures and specifications.
  • Execute all required paperwork in connection with assigned normal duties.
  • Use and operate ground support equipment, as applicable and if qualified, in a safe manner.
  • Work with little or no supervision and accomplish assignments with little or no rework.
  • Assist other employees in the performance of their job assignments.
  • Interface effectively with members of management, other departments and co-workers.
  • Previous experience with B737 and/or B767 and/or B777 and/or A320 and/or A330

Job Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate (License)
  • Must provide own tools as indicated on company tool list
  • Language: Read, Write, Speak and understand English. Spanish is a plus
  • Data Entry: Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Work, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to pass a 10-Year Background investigation
  • Ability to obtain Airport Badges with US Customs Seal
  • Ability to pass pre-employment/random drug screening
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
  • Possess clean driving record
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, flexible shifts (24/7 operation)
