We are seeking experienced A&P Mechanics to support heavy maintenance operations on regional jet aircraft. This position requires strong troubleshooting ability and systems experience, and the capability to perform work in a fast-paced maintenance environment while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, inspections, repairs, and alterations in accordance with FAA regulations and approved technical data
- Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including heavy checks and system troubleshooting
- Support mechanical and systems repairs on regional jet aircraft
- Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and safety procedures
- Collaborate effectively with maintenance teams, QA, and leadership
Minimum Requirements:
- Active FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- Minimum of 2 years of A&P maintenance experience
- CRJ or Challenger airframe experience required
- Must provide own tools
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with flexibility for days, nights, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) experience
- Former military experience with depot, isochronal, or phase inspections
Work Environment:
- Heavy maintenance environment
- Extended periods of standing, bending, climbing, and lifting
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at varying heights
