Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) Mechanic with expertise in Learjet, King Air, Citation, Challenger and Gulfstream airframes to join a dynamic aviation maintenance team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive inspections, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of high-performance business jets, ensuring they meet the highest safety and operational standards. Your technical proficiency, attention to detail, and passion for aviation will contribute to maintaining our fleet’s exceptional reliability and safety. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art aircraft in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
These positions are for Direct-Hire, not contract.
Main Facility you would be located at is in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Duties
- Conduct routine and non-routine inspections of Learjet, King Air, Gulfstream, and similar aircraft models in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks including troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements on airframes, engines, avionics systems, and powerplant components.
- Utilize schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately through root cause analysis.
- Execute aircraft modifications, fabrications, sheet metal work, and precision measurements using hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, ohmmeters, ammeters, and coordinate measuring machines.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities within' compliance with FAA regulations such as FAR Part 145 and AS9100 standards.
- Collaborate with team members on aircraft assembly/disassembly projects while adhering to safety protocols related to heavy lifting and equipment repair.
- Ensure all work complies with federal aviation regulations and company quality standards by performing thorough inspections before aircraft return to service.
