Job Title: Aircraft MechanicJob Description
We are currently seeking skilled Aircraft Mechanics to join our Field Deployment Team to perform maintenance on C-21 aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on C-21A aircraft.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
- Inspect aircraft components including engines, landing gear, flight control systems, and hydraulic systems.
- Replace or repair defective parts and systems.
- Conduct functional tests on aircraft systems after repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance actions in accordance with Air Force standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and military specifications.
- Collaborate with pilots and other maintenance personnel to report and resolve issues.
- Support deployment readiness and participate in field operations as needed.
Essential Skills
- A&P License
- Experience with C-21 or the Lear 35 aircraft
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing aircraft systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bombardier Challenger experience is advantageous if C-21 or the Lear 35 experience is not present.
- Twin Engine Jet experience is acceptable if specific aircraft experience is not available.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
