As an A&P Mechanic, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills through complex inspections, repairs, and modifications while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:

  • Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and modifications on aircraft systems and structures, from moderate to advanced complexity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and structural issues with precision and attention to detail.
  • Complete accurate documentation and work order sign-offs per FAA regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
  • Support shift turnovers and assist team members as needed.

Maintenance Expertise You’ll Gain:

  • Phase and special inspections
  • PT6 Hot Section Inspections and Overhauls
  • Authorized PT6 heavy maintenance and warranty work
  • Dallas Airmotive warranty support
  • Heavy structural repairs
  • Aircraft pre-purchase evaluations
  • Raisbeck Authorized Dealer / Installation Center
  • Blackhawk and Standard Aero engine modifications
  • BLR winglet modifications
  • PW500 series engine overhauls (in partnership with Dallas Airmotive)

Aircraft You’ll Work On:

  • Cessna Citations (all models)
  • Beechcraft King Air, 1900, BeechJet, Premier
  • Bombardier Global, Learjet, Challenger
  • Embraer Phenom
  • Gulfstream
  • Hawker Beechcraft
  • Mitsubishi, Piaggio Avanti, Pilatus

Job Requirements:
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
  • Business aviation experience required; King Air and Citation experience strongly preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to provide your own etched and shadowed tools.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including unscheduled overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
