Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to perform maintenance in a Part 145 Repair Station, specializing in turbine aircraft such as Citation, Falcon, Textron, Cirrus, and Gulfstream. The primary duties will involve performing heavy maintenance, including phase and inspections.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on turbine aircraft in a Part 145 Repair Station.
- Conduct heavy maintenance, including phase and inspections.
- Ensure thorough aircraft inspections, including annual, 100-hour, and 300-hour checks.
- Work with corporate aircraft in an MRO environment.
Essential Skills
- A&P license
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- Experience with aircraft inspection and heavy maintenance
- Part 145 experience
- MRO experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Turbine engine aircraft experience preferred
- Experience with Citation or King Air aircraft highly preferred
- Valid drivers license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must provide own tools

Work Environment
Work in a Part 145 hangar environment. Start your day at 8 AM with an all-hands meeting, receive documents for inspections, and move from one task to another. The work is project-driven and involves a team of 14 employees. Anticipate a 40-hour workweek with scheduled overtime based on project needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manassas, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
