Job Description
Join our team as an Aircraft Mechanic at an authorized service center in Milan, IL, specializing in King Air, Hawker, Beechjet/Hawker 400XP, Phenom 100/300, Legacy 450/500, Premier 1/1A, and TBM. As a 145 repair station for Citation and Challenger 300/604/605, you will be responsible for testing, adjusting, and repairing airframe, engine, and component systems across various aircraft models.
Responsibilities
- Assist in and learn high-quality inspections, servicing, and maintenance of aircraft and engine systems using proper tools and equipment.
- Accurately order general components and parts, support turn-in and record of removed parts, and support delivery and record of received parts as directed.
- Perform minor troubleshooting, function testing, and repair of aircraft and engine systems.
- Prepare various documents for record-keeping purposes as required by company policies and FAA regulations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the work order system by completing discrepancies and corrective action statements.
- Locate and use appropriate technical data for maintenance requirements and follow instructions to complete assigned tasks.
- Support, maintain, and comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Essential Skills
- 2 years of experience, ideally with corporate aircraft experience but will also accept commercial aircraft MRO experience or GA experience.
- A&P License.
- Possess necessary tools (time will be given to collect them).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with GA, CRJ, and previous MRO is considered.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Work Environment
Work primarily inside a temperature-controlled hangar with a small, growing team. Enjoy flexible shifts, including 3:00pm-11:30pm and 7:00am-3:30pm from Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
