A&P Mechanic Phoenix, AZ 6-month contract-to-hire**If interested, please apply or call Danielle at 3 1 6 4 4 8 4 4 8 9**Join our dynamic team as an Aircraft Mechanic, where you will perform A checks, line maintenance, and servicing of Airbus aircraft. You will work on-call and scheduled maintenance for various customers aircraft, ensuring their airworthiness and returning them to service. Your role will involve inspecting, servicing, and maintaining aircraft, engines, and components to meet deadlines and performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform A checks, line maintenance, and servicing on Airbus aircraft.
- Conduct routine maintenance and airworthiness releases within the scope of approval.
- Return aircraft to service after maintenance.
- Inspect, service, and maintain aircraft, engines, and associated components.
- Meet deadlines and performance goals.
Essential Skills
- 18+ months of experience with A330 aircraft.
- Experience in line maintenance with an emphasis on troubleshooting, daily, and turn checks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- FAA Airframe License.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- FAA Powerplant License (preferred).
- Experience with commercial aircraft, including regional jets, is a plus.
- Military experience, including helicopters, is beneficial.
- Basic tools required.

Work Environment
Work is performed at Phoenix Sky Harbor airport in downtown Phoenix, outside of a hangar. The shift options include Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday, from 7 PM to 8 AM, with a possibility of overtime. Basic tools are required as the company is transitioning to a new hangar with additional space.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $39.00/hr.
