Job Requirements:

  • Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on airframe and powerplant systems.
  • Open and close panels, remove and install cowlings, interiors, and aircraft components as needed.
  • Assist with aircraft washing, cleaning, and detailing (interior and exterior), as well as maintaining ground support equipment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely logbook and work order documentation for all tasks performed.
  • Collaborate with avionics, sheet metal, and interior teams on modification and refurbishment projects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace, including hangar floors, restrooms, and shared facilities.
  • Properly handle all parts during maintenance and repair processes.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently or as part of a team, often under time-sensitive deadlines or mission-critical response situations.
  • Communicate clearly with leads, supervisors, and quality teams to ensure precise, on-schedule completion of work.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication) and utilize basic computer skills for work order and part tracking.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • 7-10+ years of A&P maintenance experience.
  • Recent hands-on experience working on turboprop or business jet aircraft.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations, service bulletins, and repair station procedures.

  • Lift or move up to 50 lbs independently and occasionally up to 80 lbs.
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions typical of Pennsylvania, including dust, humidity, rain, sleet, snow, heat, and cold.
