We are seeking experienced A&P Mechanics to support the maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced turbine helicopters in the Rochester, Indiana area. This role includes a combination of line maintenance, scheduled inspections, unscheduled repairs, and return-to-service activities in a fast-paced operational environment. Candidates with 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and previous line maintenance experience are highly preferred.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of the industrys most technologically advanced helicopters, including the Leonardo AW169. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform line maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and avionics discrepancies on advanced turbine helicopters.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications.
Read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, and technical publications.
Complete maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Work closely with maintenance control and operations to minimize aircraft downtime.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with FAA and company quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
Requirements FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
3+ years of recent aircraft maintenance experience required.
Previous line maintenance experience strongly preferred.
Experience troubleshooting turbine aircraft systems.
Avionics troubleshooting experience is highly preferred.
Helicopter maintenance experience is preferred.
Experience with the Leonardo AW169 is a plus but not required.
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and avionics discrepancies.
Strong understanding of FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and technical documentation.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
Must be eligible to work in the United States and successfully complete required pre-employment screenings.
