What Youll Do- Perform heavy maintenance (C-Checks) on regional jet aircraft
- Follow all environmental health and safety policies and procedures
- Complete assigned tasks safely and within required timeframes
- Inspect and repair aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations
- Interpret and follow maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical documents
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, including complex repairs
- Conduct troubleshooting, installations, removals, and inspections
- Ensure all work meets company and regulatory quality standards
- Operate ground support equipment as required
What Were Looking For- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
- Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience (preferred)
- MRO experience is a plus
- CRJ airframe experience is a plus
- Military aircraft maintenance experience (Depot / Phase / Isochronal) a plus
- Must have a basic set of tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computer-based maintenance systems
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to obtain a SIDA badge (if required)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 operation (days, nights, weekends)
