Job Description:
CNC machinists work with computer numeric controlled (CNC) heavy machinery from setup to
operation to fabricate and produce parts and tools from metal, plastic or other materials.
? Read and analyze blueprints, multiple gauges with precise readings.
? Computer numeric controlled equipment is precision machinery that cuts, grinds, or drills into
the material.
? Adjust the machines to control speed, material feed and path of the cut, as well as make sure the
machines are set up properly, operating at it’s full required potential, and producing quality
product.
? Make sure that machines are working at full capacity, stocked with needed materials,
Job Requirements:
Previous Aerospace experience fabricating Aircraft Parts, following standard procedures, FAA guidelines and Blue Prints specifications.
Familiar with aircraft parts and materials used to fabricate or modified them.
Knowledge of Engineering Orders in the process of using machines to fabricate these parts.
