Job Description:
Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator.
Performs a technical analysis of requests for major maintenance on general aviation fleet of 560 Cessna, Gippsland and Maule aircraft to include avionics,
engine, and fuselage repairs. Analyzes aircraft fleet requirements as regards to type and number of aircraft, performance characteristics and mission
requirements.  Manages aircraft service bulletin and airworthiness directive programs to include interfacing and coordinating with the FAA,
manufacturers, and field maintenance activities.  Assists with policy and procedure development for the CAP consolidated maintenance program.
Interprets and applies DoD, AF and FAA directives pertaining to aircraft maintenance, supply, transportation and communication activities.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.  
  • Minimum of three years’ aircraft maintenance management experience.  
  • Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.  
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.  
  • Must be able to work independently and produce timely and accurate results.
  • Familiarity with MS Access a plus.
  • FAA A&P certificate is preferred
  • General Aviation Maintenance Management experience highly desired  
  • Associate degree or higher with a focus in Aviation
  • Maintenance is preferred.  
Salary Range: 60,000-64,000
