Job Description
Join our team as a Engine Maintenance Technician, where you will play a critical role in maintaining aviation excellence. You will perform post-lease inspections, including visual inspections, inventory of engine parts, and installation of parts to upgrade engines. Your expertise in borescope measurements and engine assembly/disassembly will be invaluable.
We are looking for unlicensed and licensed induvial with Engine Overhaul experience . Does not require an A&P.

Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections and inventory of engine parts for post-lease assessments.
- Conduct detailed borescope measurements.
- Disassemble and assemble gear turbo fan engines and sub-assemblies.
- Perform maintenance, inspections, repairs, and service on engines.
- Understand and apply knowledge of gas turbine engine hardware and borescope inspection procedures.
- Interpret technical drawings and work from maintenance manuals and operation procedures.
- Use fixed or variable measuring instruments to check dimensions.
- Communicate effectively with managers, field representatives, and airline mechanics.
- Complete and maintain records for all maintenance performed in accordance with FAA or other regulatory agency procedures.
- Resolve customer in-service issues and align maintenance and repair considerations with customer preferences.
- Develop internal service center procedures to comply with FAA and other regulatory agency requirements.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience in aviation maintenance.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with gas turbine engine hardware and borescope inspection.
- High school diploma or associate’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Powerplant license preferred
Work Environment
The work environment is flexible, with an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday. You can choose to start at 6am or 7am. You will be working in an Engine Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) setting, utilizing advanced tools and technologies. The team fosters a collaborative atmosphere where continuous learning and professional development are encouraged.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $38.00/hr.
