·Must have FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
·Must have Current and valid Inspection Authorization (IA)
·Must have expert working knowledge of general aviation aircraft and systems
-Experience on Piper, Pilatus, Cessna, Hawker Beechcraft preferred·Experience and knowledge of aircraft/engine maintenance records and logbooks required
·Must possess analytical ability to objectively evaluate other individuals' job performance from the Quality/Safety aspect
·Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
·Education: Two-year degree in aviation discipline
·Must be dependable and work assigned shifts
·Must pass a DOT/FAA Pre-Employment Drug Screen
·Must clear a 10-year background check with no felonies or adverse criminal activity
·Must have own tools, etched in a shadowed box; calibrated and specialized tools provided
