Salary/ Hourly Rates: 
For A&P Mechanic - III $45-$50/hr. (On Experience Basis) Per Diem Split Included ($7.25/hr. Taxable & Rest of the amount would be Non-Taxable)
For A&P Mechanic - II $40-$45/hr. (On Experience Basis) Per Diem Split Included ($7.25/hr. Taxable & Rest of the amount would be Non-Taxable)
OT: OT rates would be TIME and HALF.
Payment Method: Weekly

Experience:

  • For A&P Mechanic - III - Minimum 10 Years' experience with documented aircraft inspection, maintenance, and repair experience as an FAA A&P technician with "Bombardier Challenger, Global Express, Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon Jets & Honda Jets".
  • For A&P Mechanic - III - Minimum 5-7 Years' experience with documented aircraft inspection, maintenance, and repair experience as an FAA A&P technician with "Bombardier Challenger, Global Express, Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon Jets & Honda Jets".
  • For both A&P Mechanic III & II at least Two (2) years of practical inspection and maintenance experience with "Bombardier Challenger, Global Express, Gulfstream, Dassault falcon Jets & Honda Jets". 

Note:

  • Must be an independent candidate (able to work on W2/ Per Diem) or must be presently working in United States.
  • Must be able to work onsite to any of the mentioned locations.
  • Must be able to relocate to any of the Client's Location at your own expenses.
  • Must have their own Tools/ Tools Kit which have to bring with them to the project.
  • Must be able to work on Per Diem Split.
  • Must be able to start within 2-3 weeks.
  • Must have a valid USA Driving Licence.
  • Must be able to pass 10 Year's Criminal/ Employment Background Check & Pre-Employment Drug Screen Test.

Summary of position:

The Aviation Maintenance Technician III & II will be expected to successfully perform inspections, maintenance, and repair of customer aircraft and articles in an airworthy manner and in compliance manufacturer’s maintenance instructions and/or other approved data, applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (Parts 43, 65, 145, etc.), customer requirements, and company policies and procedures. 
This role must be able to return any aircraft model to service, mentor technicians, develop and lead advanced projects within the MRO, and write or update MRO processes as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Documenting all work performed daily and ensuring a smooth transition between workdays/shifts.
  • Accounting for all tools and equipment daily and prior to release of any aircraft or article.
  • Ensuring only approved parts, materials, and tools or equipment are used in the performance of duties and fully documenting the use of all spare parts and materials utilized on assigned aircraft or articles.
  • Ensuring all labor and materials are properly accounted for and are allocated to the job in an economical manner.
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment and controlling foreign object debris (FOD) potential.
  • Maintaining job proficiency by fully participating in the company training and continuous improvement programs.
  • Confidentiality of company business, projects, and plans is required and discussion with third party personnel or organizations is prohibited. Position requires compliance with a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  • Maintain role as project manager and project supervisor for advanced MRO projects, including development of advanced projects to address complex issues and obstacles within the MRO.
  • Mentorship of all technicians, including training and observation of work processes and projects.
  • Return to service any aircraft model.
  • Create and update maintenance processes and procedures as needed for approval by the Accountable Manager.
  • Performance of other duties as assigned and/or outlined by management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Minimum 10 + years of documented aircraft inspection, maintenance, and repair experience as an FAA A&P technician.
  • At least Two (2) years of practical inspection and maintenance experience on one or more of the following series - Bombardier Challenger, Global Express, Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon Jets or Honda Jets preferred.
  • Must be knowledgeable with Federal Aviation Regulations as it relates to aircraft inspection, maintenance, parts control, and final return to service.
  • Advanced project management skills: able to perform project manager duties and see projects through to completion, providing continuous updates to management and customers.
  • Ability to create and update maintenance processes and procedures.

Education, License/Certification & Experience:

  • Must have a valid, active and current FAA Airframe & Powerplant license.
  • Formal maintenance training or equivalent documented experience in one or more of the following series- Bombardier Challenger, Global Express, Gulfstream,
  • Dassault Falcon Jets or Honda Jets preferred.
  • Experience mentoring others within a professional setting.
  • Project management experience, including planning, role assignment, and follow up to ensure project is completed by specified deadline.
  • High School diploma required. Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English.

Schedule & Travel:

  • The work schedule is driven by customer requirements and schedules; however, the typical work schedule includes five 8-hour workdays weekly on either first or second shift. 
  • Overtime, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays may be required to support customer delivery schedules.
  • Travel is required for this role. 
  • Recurrent multi-day domestic and international on-site customer support trips are required.
  • Lifting requirements- up to 50lbs.

Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must provide own tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and technical data.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime as required.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications
  • Must pass all conducted drug/alcohol screening, background and security checks and prove eligibility for employment in the United States
  • Valid driver's license.
