Position Overview:
Join a growing team at a top-tier aviation facility offering contract-to-direct hire opportunities, highly competitive pay, and long-term career potential. This is a safety-sensitive position under FAA DOT regulations, requiring reliability and technical excellence.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: May be added later this year
- Overtime: Common now but expected to decrease as the team fills out
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in aircraft sheet metal work (5–10+ years preferred)
- Airframe license preferred, but highly skilled unlicensed mechanics will be considered
- Must be eligible for FAA DOT drug testing (safety-sensitive compliance)
