Shifts: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) or 2nd Shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM)
Environment: Hangar and outdoor work areas
OverviewWe are seeking experienced Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our team in customizing brand-new Boeing 737 BBJs and Airbus A220 ACJs directly from the factory. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-end aircraft in a Part 145 Repair Station, contributing to structural modifications and installations for corporate and commercial jets.
Key Responsibilities- Perform sheet metal assembly, structural installations, and aircraft modifications.
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain and inventory personal tools, ensuring proper identification.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards throughout the work process.
Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft sheet metal or structural work.
- Strong proficiency in sheet metal assembly, installation, and modification.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
- Experience working on Boeing and Airbus aircraft is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work 5+ hours of overtime per week.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with commercial aircraft, regional jets, helicopters, or corporate jets.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools.
- Flexibility to work on either 1st or 2nd shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
