Job Requirements:
- 6-10+ years of aircraft sheet metal or structural repair experience.
- Turboprop or business jet aircraft experience preferred.
- Proficiency in riveting, drilling, patching, and rib replacement
- Strong understanding of aircraft materials, fasteners, and structural layouts.
- Ability to read and apply blueprints, SRMs, and engineering repair instructions.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate preferred but not required.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment 7-year Criminal Background Check, and standard FAA DOT drug test.
- Reliable personal transportation/vehicle required.
- Valid US Driver’s License.
- Proof of US Citizenship.
- MUST have basic tools/box.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, climb, and walk on uneven surfaces throughout the work shift.
- Lift or move up to 50 lbs independently and occasionally up to 80 lbs.
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions typical of Pennsylvania, including dust, humidity, rain, sleet, snow, heat, and cold.
- Work may involve exposure to chemicals, gases, fumes, noise, and heights.
- Must be willing to work day or night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
