Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic
The Maintenance Technician (A&P) supports the maintenance, repair, and return to service of all aircraft assigned to Flight Operations. The
Maintenance Technician will be expected to work on assignments that are complex in nature and require good judgement and must have an A&P License. Experience working in a new product design startup aerospace environment are strongly preferred.
Primary Areas of Responsibilities:
Maintenance/inspections, unscheduled maintenance requirements, items awaiting maintenance, and aircraft availability. Workflow for aircraft discrepancy
repairs and corrections for all operational aircraft, monitoring all mechanical problems. Monitor aircraft availability and coordinate any equipment changes. Complete
the daily maintenance reports as required. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on assigned aircraft. Removes components
and assemblies, repairs or replaces defective parts and components. Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Required Experience and Education:
Strong mechanical background
Diverse experience in aircraft maintenance
