We are seeking experienced Assembler C professionals to perform complex aircraft production assembly operations. This role supports the assembly, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical and structural aircraft systems using manual and automated tools. Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
Successful completion of mandatory classroom training (5–10 days) is required before assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex bench assembly and installation of mechanical and structural aircraft components and systems in accordance with engineering data and manufacturing plans
- Assemble, install, remove, or replace aircraft components and associated hardware following work instructions, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Conduct functional tests and operational checks of aircraft mechanical systems and document results per established procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies using engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Utilize a variety of manual and automated assembly tools, including specialized mechanical, structural, and electrical tools
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, following EHS, safety, and tooling requirements
- Support production schedules and delivery objectives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
