Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assemble and install components and systems according to engineering specifications and FAA regulations.
  • Conduct inspections and tests on assembled products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in aircraft assembly or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of FAA regulations and quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency in using assembly tools and equipment, including hand tools and power tools.
  • Experience with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
WE VALUE
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in aviation or aerospace is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
