• Candidate must have avionics experience
• Candidate must be able to understand wire diagrams 
• Hands-on avionics experience with cable lay-ins, terminations, crimping, pinning, and soldering.
• Proficiency in assembling, modifying, and installing wire bundles, conductors, and other electrical components
• Troubleshoot avionics and electrical systems, identify faults, and perform corrective actions, including avionics repair and rework of wiring and harnesses.
• Perform aircraft maintenance work by FAA and Company regulations
• Perform Airframe and Engine inspections 
• Perform aircraft inspections on Helicopter model Airbus AS350 , Bell 407 , Sikorsky S76 , Leonardo 139 
• Perform aircraft inspections on Fixed Wing aircraft 
• Post flight checks, Service checks, and Aircraft Cleaning 

We are a new, growing maintenance provider specializing in aircraft maintenance and are looking for a team of aircraft mechanics. Depending on the workload, we have night shift and day shift hours. We are a great place to learn aircraft maintenance for a new A&P . Prior aviation maintenance experience is preferred but not required. 

• Pay dependent on experience 
• Schedule - Monday - Friday   

Day Shifts Available 9am-5pm  Monday-Friday  

• FAA A&P License
• Avionics experience 
• Valid US Drivers License
• High School Diploma or GED/Educational Equivalent
• The position will require to work onsite at our Caldwell location 
• Must pass a background check and drug screen upon job offer
• The strength to lift 50 pounds, physical flexibility, and be able to work in confined spaces
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

We are looking for a candidate who is reliable and responsible. This is a heavy maintenance shop that requires a special mechanic with discipline and eagerness to work. We are a growing certified FAA 145 repair station  and are looking to fill future management positions.
