Job Description:
  • Establish and Maintain positive relationships between company, clients and FAA
  • Ensure department is properly staffed, managed, organized, trained and directed to fulfill its responsibilities
  • Oversee inspections, repairs and component changes and accompanying documentation
  • Promote safety throughout organization as mandated through company policy and executive leadership
  • Lead aircraft maintenance activities
  • Provide written requests to the FAA for addition or deletion of aircraft to the Ops Specs and SAS
  • Manage response times, capabilities and promotion of AOG team
  • Lead all efforts of Part 145 Repair Station to include Jet, G.A, Helicopter and Avionics Maintenance
  • Lead a team of 15 + Technicians 
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of turbine aircraft maintenance experience
  • Valid A&P License, IA preferred
  • Part 145, 135 or AOG experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance software systems
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Thorough working knowledge and understanding of FARs, aircraft technical bulletins, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, aircraft systems and the ability to communicate knowledge to the required persons
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a drug & background test
