AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - Discover I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February 2027.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description
Airbus DS Maintenance Programs Department main mission is to ensure the Airworthiness Authorities approval of the different aircraft/products Scheduled Maintenance Requirements.
Related aircraft/products are:
- A400M aircraft,
- C-295 aircraft (transport, humanitarian and maritime patrol versions).
One of the activities related to the above is the direct and permanent contact with Operators and Airworthiness Authorities responsibles through Maintenance Working Groups and Industry Steering Comitees where the team is responsible for the presentation of the different analyses , and any related or necessary documentation, that supports the Scheduled Maintenance Requirements development/revision approval.
The MSG-3 logic is the means for developing the scheduled maintenance tasks and intervals which will be acceptable to the regulatory authorities, the operators, and the manufacturers.
TASSE4 also develops optimized maintenance programs to customers and maintenance programs for prototypes.
In the Systems area of Maintenance Programs Department, the different Aircraft systems are analyzed using the MSG-3 methodology in order to identify the scheduled maintenance requirements. The starting point is the design office documentation related with systems/structure/wiring descriptions, drawings (catia) and digital mock-ups, safety analyses, certification plans, etc). These analyses contain a high level of systems description and a thorough analysis of its functions, functional failures, failure effects and failure causes. Examples of the analyzed systems are: Engines, Propeller and Auxiliary Power Unit.
Main tasks:
- Analyze the aircraft systems using the MSG3 logic in order to identify/optimize Scheduled Maintenance Requirements.
- Check in-service documentation to perform its analysis and optimize maintenance based on A/C experience.
- Collect the major suppliers inputs for scheduled maintenance for Engines, Propellers and APU.
- Collaborate and support to other department areas (Systems, Zonal, Structure and Program management)

- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Specialization in engines will be an asset.
- Knowledge on Excel/Data Bases Tools or similar.
- English: Advance level.
