Job Specific Requirements:
Licenses: FAA Airframe and Power Plant Certificates preferred.
Competencies: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Outstanding organizational skills.
Physical: Routinely lift up to 50 lbs.,occasionally lifts up to 100 lbs. Work in confined spaces, extreme temperatures, heights above six feet, noisy environments, and flying. Work with and around products / materials associated with aircraft maintenance, structural repair and modifications.
Other: Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel. Man lift qualified. Occasional overnight and short notice travel. Maintain a tool Inventory which satisfies shop requirements.
Education and Experience:
-High school graduate or equivalency degree required.
-Associate or Bachelor Degree Preferred.
-Thorough knowledge of FARs 43, 65, 91, 135, 145 required.
5+ years Aviation Experience with emphasis on Structural Repair and Modifications on general aviation aircraft - King Air, Citation, Lear, Bombardier, Challenger
10-year background check with TSA clearance required
