Role Summary
* In this role, you will perform aircraft and ground support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety and quality standards. You will draw on your aviation and military experience to support flight line operations, document maintenance actions, and mentor less experienced technicians. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* You must have a minimum of 4 or more years of related work experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate + 2 years of related work, Bachelor, etc.).
* You must have at least 4 years of aviation maintenance experience.
* You must have a military background.
* You must have experience with M240 weapons maintenance.
* You must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
* You must be a U.S. Citizen.
* The client will provide all PPE required. Preferred Skills

* You will maintain aircraft and ground support equipment by removing, replacing, repairing, or upgrading mechanical, structural, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, or avionics components.
* You will troubleshoot and isolate faults in aircraft systems and components (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and structural) to determine root causes.
* You will conduct and support complex functional tests by operating aircraft systems or test benches using appropriate diagnostic/test equipment.
* You will perform inspections as required by maintenance documents, technical orders, engineering drawings, or regulatory requirements, verifying that work meets safety, performance, and quality standards.
* You will document maintenance, modifications, inspections, test results, and discrepancies in maintenance logs, records, and electronic systems in accordance with Boeing, military, and regulatory standards.
* You will assist in or lead training or mentoring for less experienced technicians, sharing knowledge and resolving technical issues.
* You will assist on the flight line, supporting operational readiness; ensuring aircraft are maintained and returned to service in line with schedule requirements.
* You will coordinate with calibration, quality, safety, engineering, or inspection teams to ensure work meets standards and that any deviations or issues are addressed.
* You will follow proper safety protocols, use required personal protective equipment, work within confined spaces as needed, and adhere to hazardous energy and lockout/tag-out procedures.
* You may perform modifications, structural repairs, component overhauls, or periodic maintenance tasks, depending on assignment.
* You will work under general direction, exercising judgment in selecting methods, troubleshooting approaches, and repair techniques consistent with established procedures.
