Northeast Air (NEA), located at the Portland International Jetport in Maine, is seeking a Ground Support Equipment Technician.
This individual will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on all airport ground support equipment, vehicles, and other related equipment.
Northeast Air has been in business at the Portland International Jetport for fifty years. It serves both corporate and commercial aircraft in a variety of ways.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Rebuild, repair, and provide preventive maintenance on airport ground support equipment, vehicles, and other related equipment
- Develop a preventive maintenance program - documenting and maintaining associated records
- Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, and modifying all GSE as required
- Ensure Northeast Air's Fuel Farm remains operational and in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Ensure daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections are completed and documented as required
- Responsible for ensuring all GSE and facilities are operated, maintained, and inspected in accordance with guidelines
