Job Title: Diesel Mechanic

Shifts Available: First Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) or Second Shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM)
Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $32-$35/hr
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our team and support the maintenance and repair of medium-duty trucks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with diesel engines, air brake systems, hydraulics, and electrical diagnostics. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on medium-duty trucks to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Diagnose and repair issues related to diesel engines and drivability concerns
- Service and repair air brake systems, with a clear understanding of their function and operation
- Read and interpret schematics to perform hydraulic system repairs
- Conduct electrical diagnostics and resolve wiring issues, including check engine light troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with diesel engines
- Minimum 1 year of experience with hydraulic systems
- Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and wiring repair
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance procedures
- Commitment to safety, quality, and procedural compliance

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
