Description:

• Lead and supervise engine technicians in the inspection, repair, overhaul, and testing of Pratt & Whitney PT6 and other turbine engines
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring work is performed accurately and efficiently
• Oversee compliance with FAA regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
• Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and production goals
• Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed
• Review and approve maintenance records and ensure proper documentation of all work performed
• Collaborate with management on staffing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

• The Lead A&P must have extensive experience (5+ years) hands on - Pratt & Whitney PT6 engines. 
• Active A&P License is required
• For this project, candidates must be a US Citizen. 
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an engine maintenance environment
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, manufacturer manuals, and industry standards
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
