We are seeking a highly motivated Tradeshow Assembly Technician to support the end-to-end execution of a show plane and exhibit presence at major international events. This role will be responsible for hands-on assembly, booth setup, on-site support, and post-event breakdown, ensuring a flawless execution of a global brand experience.

This is a travel-intensive assignment (up to 75% international and domestic) requiring flexibility, professionalism, and strong mechanical aptitude. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Lead the on-site assembly, installation, and setup of Archer’s show aircraft in various exhibit booths at tradeshows, exhibitions, and live events.

What you Need:

  • Provide on-site booth support during events, ensuring a professional, polished, and welcoming presence.
  • Oversee the safe and efficient breakdown, packing, and load-out of assets post-event.
  • Partner closely with internal event, logistics, and marketing teams as well as external vendors and freight providers.
  • Maintain equipment, tooling, and packaging systems to ensure readiness for repeat deployments.
  • Uphold safety, compliance, and brand standards at all times.
Job Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in exhibit/tradeshow assembly, mechanical installation, aerospace/automotive prototypes, or similar hands-on technical environments.
  • Comfort with frequent travel, including international assignments (approx. 75%). Strong mechanical and technical aptitude; ability to interpret instructions, drawings, and assembly guides.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills; customer-facing experience a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended hours during event build-in and load-out.
  • Valid passport and ability to obtain required visas.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience working with aerospace assets, prototypes, or high-value display equipment.
  • Familiarity with international shipping, freight, and customs processes.
  • Prior trade show or live-event deployment experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills with electrical or mechanical systems.
  • OSHA, forklift, rigging, or other relevant certifications.
