What you need:
•High School Diploma OR GED
•Airframe and Powerplant License
•5 years of experience as a supervisor or lead in a transport category aircraft line maintenance environment
•7 years aircraft line maintenance experience
•Working knowledge of FAA regulations pertaining to CFR 145 repair station operations.
•Working knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
•Planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize, assign and coordinate the workload for multiple projects for employees
Preferred Skills:•Bilingual-English and Spanish
•Degree in business management or related technical field
•2 years project management experience at FAR 145 repair station
•Working knowledge of process improvement methodology and application
