Responsibilities:
Direct and assign work shifts for optimal production schedules.
Review maintenance requirements, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently.
Evaluate completed work for adherence to methods, procedures, and practices.
Communicate with management regarding scheduling, aircraft needs, and manpower.
Make hiring recommendations and participate in recruitment.
Address performance issues and handle discipline review processes.
Mentor and train mechanics, tracking developmental progress.
Oversee maintenance and security of aircraft and company assets at field bases.
Prepare and certify reports and logs in compliance with FAA regulations.
Coordinate with management to ensure timely job completion.
Perform mechanical duties as time permits.
Ensure adherence to Job Safety Analysis and Safety Management System protocols.
Requirements:
High school diploma required.
FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Certified Mechanic.
Knowledge of maintenance manuals, specifications, and Federal Aviation Regulations.
Basic managerial and communication skills.
Competence in using computer systems.
Clear verbal communication skills (in-person and via phone).
Ability to pass pre-placement physical exam, fitness test, drug screening, and background check.

Competitive hourly wage: $30.57–$37.62 (annual earnings $73,123–$89,987).
