Responsibilities: Review and evaluate maintenance and inspection requirements to ensure aircraft airworthiness. Communicate with the Lead Mechanic regarding unusual situations that may require schedule, aircraft, or manpower adjustments. Oversee maintenance operations at field bases, ensuring aircraft readiness and requisitioning necessary spares. Prepare reports, requisitions, and inventories, certifying all maintenance complies with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards. Maintain accurate documentation in RAMCO, including work packages, status sheets, removals, and installations. Collaborate with the Lead Mechanic, AMBS, and agents to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Monitor and manage parts inventory, recommending level adjustments when needed. Maintain and calibrate company-issued special tools. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: High School diploma. FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Mechanic. Strong communication and basic computer skills. Ability to pass pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam, drug screening, and background check. For Roving Maintenance Team: proficiency in sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting and repair.
