Pay Range: $40.00-$45.00/hour
PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a global leader in the aviation industry, is seeking a Mobile Response Technician – Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join a team dedicated to excellence, precision, and reliability. Your Impact
As a Mobile Response Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for on-demand aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. You’ll perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance to keep customer aircraft safe, compliant, and mission-ready—often working independently in dynamic environments. Your expertise will help minimize downtime and ensure every aircraft that leaves your hands is airworthy and dependable.
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
Document and certify all work in compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
Support other maintenance disciplines such as avionics, structures, and composites.
Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
Return aircraft to service after maintenance performed at off-site locations.
Conduct monthly audits of your assigned location and mobile service truck.
Serve as a Delegated Inspector (DI) when qualified by Quality Assurance.
Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational protocols.
What You Bring
Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required.
3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, with at least 1 year on corporate or regional jet models.
Ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Ownership of a basic set of professional hand tools and understanding of inventory control.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and travel on short notice (within 2 hours).
Comfortable working independently in varied environments, including outdoors and in inclement weather.
Valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and passport for potential international travel.
Eligible to obtain Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) clearance.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
