NDT Inspector M/F

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and certified NDT professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and safety of our products through advanced non-destructive testing methods. You will work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic aerospace environment, supporting our mission to redefine the future of aerospace.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?

•tSetting up and standardising equipment to conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) on components.
•tInterpreting and evaluating results for acceptance or rejection and documenting findings.
•tProviding guidance and support to trainees and Level 1 personnel.
•tDeveloping work instructions from approved procedures and ensuring compliance with standards.
•tPerforming system performance checks and organising test results.
•tEnsuring adherence to applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

Job Requirements:

Essential skills:

•\tCertification to NDT Level 2 in Penetrant, Magnetic Particle,
•\tThorough understanding of NDT methods, standards, and inspection techniques.
•\tVisual acuity meeting Jaeger Number 1 standard and Tumbling E vision test requirements.

Desirable skills:

•\tNDT Level 2 - Nital Etch Inspection.
•\tEN4179 – Qualification
•\tAbility to distinguish and differentiate colours used in NDT methods.
•\tFamiliarity with aerospace product manufacturing and inspection technologies.
•\tExperience creating NDT work instructions and techniques.
•\tStrong problem-solving and team collaboration abilities.
•\tStrong organisational and reporting skills.
