Contract Position
$29.87-$32.13/Hour
Ability to Obtain and Maintain Secret Clearance

Responsibilities:
Perform installation, termination, and repair of electrical wire bundles per technical schematics and blueprints
Properly handle fiber optic components during electrical maintenance procedures
Interpret and follow complex wiring diagrams and schematics
Ensure adherence to contract and regulatory requirements in all maintenance tasks
Accurately document work performed and maintain records in compliance with company and federal standards
Work at heights using fall protection equipment in compliance with OSHA 1926, 191066, 1910 Subpart D
Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision while ensuring safety and first-time quality
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED
Clearance: Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of aircraft electrical maintenance experience
Aircraft Background: Hands-on experience with 737 platforms or derivatives (preferred)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in wire bundle installation and termination
Ability to read and apply blueprint schematics
Skilled in fiber optic handling and installation
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced MRO environment
Work Environment:
Must be able to work at elevated heights with certified fall protection equipment
Regular, predictable on-site attendance required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Military or corporate aviation experience strongly considered
