Job Title: Quality Inspector 2

Job Description
Join our team as a Quality Inspector 2 and play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality within our manufacturing processes. This on-site position is located at our Buffalo, NY campus and requires a dedicated individual to inspect electronic units, electromechanical assemblies, and mechanical units for structural flaws and defects.
Responsibilities
- Inspect in-process and completed products using predetermined methods and prescribed specifications.
- Utilize various measuring devices to assess structural flaws, internal defects, and missing welds.
- Accept, reject, or rework defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
- Work from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawings, or inspection instructions and checklists.
- Monitor and verify quality through statistical processes or other control procedures.
- Perform line clearances after each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed.
Essential Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of inspection experience.
- Experience in final logistical inspection.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to use basic manual tools.
- U.S. Citizenship.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
- J-STD-001, IPC-610, 620 Certification.
- Soldering experience.

Work Environment
This position requires working on-site at our Buffalo, NY campus. It is a full-time role with a 2nd shift schedule, operating on a 5/40 workweek. The work environment is dynamic and requires the use of various technologies and equipment to ensure quality standards are met.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $49.00/hr.
