Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
As a Quality Inspector, you will perform maintenance in a Part 145 Repair Station on Citation, Falcon, Textron, Cirrus, and Gulfstream aircrafts, with a specialization in turbine aircraft. Your primary duties will involve conducting heavy maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Inspect corporate aircrafts to ensure compliance with engineering blueprints and schematics.
- Verify that structural and electrical repairs are executed correctly, incorporating all materials per the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Author engineering change requests as required.
- Complete necessary aircraft releases for modifications and airworthiness.
- Document related to STC installations.
Essential Skills
- A&P license
- Heavy maintenance experience
- Aircraft inspection proficiency
- Part 145 MRO experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience
- Valid drivers license

Work Environment
Work in a Part 145 hangar environment. The typical day runs from 8 AM to 5 PM, starting with an all-hands meeting, followed by document inspections and moving from one task to another. The work is project-driven with a team of 14 employees. Anticipate 40 hours of work per week with scheduled overtime based on project needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.
