About the Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate daily maintenance and inspection requirements to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
Report unusual situations to the Lead Mechanic that may require schedule changes, additional manpower, or technical assistance.
Oversee aircraft maintenance at field bases, managing stock levels and requisitioning necessary spare parts.
Prepare and certify aircraft logs and maintenance forms in compliance with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards.
Maintain accurate entries in RAMCO for work packages, status sheets, and component removals or installations.
Coordinate effectively with the Lead Mechanic, AMBS, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Monitor and manage parts inventory, recommending changes or updates when needed.
Manage and maintain company-provided tools, ensuring all required calibrations are current.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma.
FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance as a Certified Mechanic.
Basic communication and computer skills.
Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, including strength and flexibility tests (must be able to lift up to 100 lbs), drug screening, and background check.
For Roving Maintenance Team: proficiency in sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting and repair.
Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice, and work night shifts as required.
