Job Description:
SUMMARY:
- Previous aircraft structure experience on the F-16 is Preferred (NOT required)
- MUST Have ETCHED / SHADOWED / INVENTORIED Tools in a Toolbox
- Experience working in an Aviation Production / Manufacturing environment REQUIRED
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all levels, to work in teams or independently and communicate effectively with co-workers or supervisory staff.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs a variety of operations to manufacture, assemble and/or refurbish aircraft parts and structures for F-16 aircraft.
- Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces for aircraft modification in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience working in an Aviation Production / Manufacturing environment REQUIRED
- Performs a variety of operations to manufacture, assemble and/or refurbish aircraft parts and structures for F-16 aircraft.
- Previous experience as an Assembler and/or Aircraft Structures Mechanic is Highly Preferred
- Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces for aircraft modification in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations
- Valid Driver’s License Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Mathematical ability to perform and/or understand the calculations used in assigned areas and ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and technical data.
- Competently uses computers and other systems to access, maintain and manipulate data
- .Must be willing to work any shift including unscheduled overtime, nonscheduled work days and holidays as needed
MISCELLANEOUS:
- MUST be able to pass a 10 year federal background check in order to obtain an airport security badge
