Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, seal, rig, and inspect aircraft structures and components.
- Use hand and power tools (drilling, riveting, bucking) daily.
- Read and follow drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Cross-train in multiple disciplines (assembly, inspection, sealing).
- Contribute to a safe, high-quality, and team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- 6+ months in aircraft sheet metal OR equivalent transferable skills with hand and power tools (must be reflected on resume).
- Comfortable working on concrete floors, uneven surfaces, in confined spaces, or at heights.
- Physically able to lift, squat, kneel, and crawl throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Willing to work any shift and overtime when needed.
- Must complete the WorkKeys Assessment (can be done after interview) or provide previous results.
