Seeking a highly skilled Level III MRO Structures Technician to join maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This senior-level position is responsible for performing advanced structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on VIP and corporate aircraft. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in aircraft structures, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to precision, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced structural repairs including sheet metal work, composite repair, bonding, and major structural modifications

• Inspect aircraft structures for damage, corrosion, and fatigue in accordance with SRMs and engineering data

• Interpret and work from complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and OEM manuals

• Fabricate structural components and assemblies to exact specifications

• Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing technical guidance and oversight

• Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and production teams to ensure timely and compliant repairs

• Ensure all work meets FAA, EASA (as applicable), and company quality standards

• Perform and document detailed inspections, repairs, and modifications in maintenance records

• Assist with project planning, task sequencing, and troubleshooting structural issues

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition

Aircraft Platforms Supported:
Specializes in VIP completions and maintenance for a range of large corporate and narrow-body aircraft. Structures Technicians may work on, but are not limited to:

• Airbus A319 / A320 family (ACJ variants)

• Airbus A330 (ACJ330)

• Boeing 737 (BBJ – Boeing Business Jet variants)

• Bombardier Global series (Global 5000 / 6000 / 7500)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 5–8 years of aircraft structures experience, preferably in an MRO or completion environment

• Advanced knowledge of sheet metal repair, structural modification, and composite materials

• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering data and technical manuals

• Strong understanding of FAA regulations; EASA experience a plus

• Experience with precision measuring tools and fabrication equipment

• A&P license preferred but not required
