We are seeking an experienced Structures Mechanic to join our corporate aircraft team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in aircraft structures repair and modification, with direct experience on Challenger, Global, and/or Gulfstream aircraft. The role focuses on precision sheet metal mods, structural repairs, and compliance with corporate aviation standards.

• Aircraft Structures Repair & Modification: Perform repairs, alterations, and sheet metal mods to aircraft structures, including metal and composite components on Challenger, Global, and Gulfstream airframes
• Structural Assembly: Lay out, drill, countersink, and install fasteners to close tolerances; perform skin remove & replace and complex structural repairs per SRM and engineering data
• Aircraft Inspection: Conduct inspections to identify and troubleshoot structural issues, corrosion, and damage; perform repairs as needed to return aircraft to service
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of repairs, mods, and compliance with FAA regulations
• Collaboration: Work with other technicians, engineers, and QC to ensure all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structures repair and modification on Challenger, Global, and/or Gulfstream aircraft
• Skills:
  • Proficient in sheet metal mods, skin repair, and structural assembly
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, SRM, engineering drawings, and blueprints
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft structures, materials, and fastener systems including hi-loks, rivets, and composites
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Work Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces or at heights
• Travel: May be required to travel with aircraft for repairs or modifications
