Do you have an aptitude for troubleshooting and technical expertise? We may have the opportunity for you! As a Test Technician I, you will be using your skills and expertise to perform standard testing processes on a variety of our equipment and analyze the results. Youll be responsible for performing test and fault isolation on our systems and equipment to ensure conformance with our product specifications. Youll work closely with engineering teams and provide recommendations to resolve testing problems, roadblocks, or equipment malfunctions that impact the performance or validity of testing.

The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber. Job Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field of study
    • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
    • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Familiarity with technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications
  • Familiarity with test concepts and techniques, and test standard lab equipment
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required Learn more about the background check process for Security Clearances

Preferred:

  • Associates degree with a focus on Electronics
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment.
