Lead A&P Mechanic - Offering Relocation Assistance

C&L Aviation Services, a C&L Aviation Group company and a growing aviation company in Bangor, Maine, has an immediate opening for a Lead A&P Mechanic to join our Regional MRO. We are seeking a person with a strong desire to lead a team and who can stay organized and on task in a fast-paced environment.

• Performing depot-level maintenance and modifications on aircraft
• Repair, maintain, and inspect the structural, mechanical, and electronic elements of the aircraft
• Work as part of a team and share knowledge with others to complete jobs effectively and efficiently
• Meet all job/Work Order deadlines, communicating to Manager when circumstances may prevent on-time completion
• Assign tasks to technicians
• Assure proper information is shared i.e. job timelines, shop issues, parts delays, and change orders
• Responsible for staying on task from beginning to end
• Give routine feedback and perform quarterly reviews with employees
• Additional job-related duties as assigned by management

• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Experience working on the following aircraft is preferred but not required
• Saab 340, CRJ 200, 700, 900 series aircraft, EMB145
• Valid Airframe/Powerplant certification
• Detail oriented
