Lead A&P Mechanic - Sign on Bonus Available for the right candidate

We are seeking a Lead Mechanic to join our team!

$10k Sign on Bonus after 1 year for the right candidate

Duties:

• Lead and perform repairs, replacements, and rebuilding of aircraft structures and functional components.
• Conduct pre-flight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections, ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior mechanics.

About Us:
We are a general aviation shop specializing in agricultural aircraft and are an Air Tractor dealer for agricultural and fire-fighting aircraft.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• 40-hour work week (choice of five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days).
• Comprehensive benefits package: health insurance, 401k, vacation, sick days, and 7 paid holidays.
• Pay: $70k - $90k annually, based on experience.
• Limited weekend or late-night work.

Job Requirements:

• A&P License

Preferred: 

• 5-10 years of General Aviation experience (Beechcraft, Cessna, Piper preferred)
